Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of the Koneks platform by NDIS providers, administrative staff, and support workers.

Authorised account use
Koneks is provided by Advanced Dev Logics. Access is limited to invited users of an authorised provider organisation. You must keep your login details confidential, use only the account issued to you, and access the platform solely for legitimate care operations related to your role.
You must not:
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or invitation link
- Access another person’s account or records without authority
- Use Koneks to store or transmit information you are not entitled to handle
- Attempt to bypass role permissions, audit controls, or security features
Administrators are responsible for inviting the correct staff, assigning appropriate roles, and promptly disabling access when a worker leaves or no longer requires the platform. Advanced Dev Logics may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where reasonably necessary to protect the service, participants, or other users.
Shift logging and timesheet accuracy
Support workers must record clock-in and clock-out events accurately and only for shifts they have actually attended. GPS coordinates may be captured at clock-in and clock-out solely to verify the location of that event. Scheduled roster times remain separate from actual clock times.
Administrative staff and providers must not instruct workers to falsify times, locations, breaks, or timesheet confirmations. Published timesheets and related billing records must reflect the work performed. Koneks may retain audit information, including clock events and verification data, so that authorised administrators can review discrepancies.
Timesheet calculations, payable hours, and related rates are determined by the provider’s configured rules and backend processing. You are responsible for checking that roster, attendance, and timesheet data entered into Koneks is complete and correct before payroll or billing use.
System availability
We aim to keep Koneks available and reliable, including the web application and associated mobile apps. The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, deployments, faults, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
You should not rely on Koneks as the sole record of urgent clinical information in an emergency. Providers remain responsible for continuity of care, including alternative procedures if the platform is temporarily unavailable.
Limitation of liability
Koneks is a software tool to support rostering, shift execution, compliance records, and related administration. It does not replace professional judgement, duty of care, or a provider’s NDIS registration and safeguarding obligations. Advanced Dev Logics does not deliver NDIS supports and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or lawfulness of care provided by users of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Advanced Dev Logics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use Koneks. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the platform is limited to the fees paid to Advanced Dev Logics for Koneks in the three months before the claim arose, or if no fees were paid, to resupply of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees. If you have questions about these terms, contact support@advanceddevlogics.com.
